1. Introduction

Welcome to ChangeNotifier, a service provided by MXGROUP ("we", "us"). By using our Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

ChangeNotifier provides tools to monitor web pages for changes, deliver notifications, and store page snapshots. Features include monitor configuration, email notifications, and change history. The service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

3. Accounts

• Accounts may be created using email/password or third-party providers (e.g., Google).
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

For purchases processed via Paddle, we provide a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds requested within 14 days of purchase will be honored without conditions. Refunds requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

This policy is necessary to comply with Paddle's merchant requirements. It does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law for faulty or misdescribed products.

5. Acceptable use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, overload target sites, or infringe third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MXGROUP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Data and notifications are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for abuse. Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MXGROUP is registered, unless otherwise specified.
